“Business Incubation as an Effective Way of Supporting Establishment and Development of Entrepreneurship” 

On February 4, 2004 a regional round table was held in Lviv within the project of Ukrainian Business Incubators and Innovation Centers Association in the building of the Lviv House of Scientists.
Round table “The Role of Business Incubation in Creating and Establishing an Effective Service Infrastructure of Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship Support”, Simferopol. 

On February 26 2004, Simferopol NGO “Business Incubator” held a regional round table.
Round table “Business Incubation as an Effective Tool of Supporting Establishment and Development of Entrepreneurship” 

On February 25 in Khmelnytsky a regional round table was held with participation of the executive director of UBICA M.Paal and PR consultant V.Yaremiy.

On March 2, 2004 in the lection hall of Chernihiv innovation business incubator a regional round table was held within the project of Ukrainian Business Incubators and Innovation Centers Association (UBICA).
